1.1 What's the time limit for returns?

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. The return package must be shipped and postmarked within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund based on the return method and number of items:

U.S.	Happy Returns: ● 1 to 3 items: $7.99. ●   ● More than 3 items: $7.99 + $2 per additional item beyond the first 3. Other Return Methods (e.g., USPS) ● Flat fee: $7.99 per return.
Canada	Flat fee: US$6.99 per return
Other Countries	Contact our customer service; we will reach out after you initiate a return.

 

1.4 WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

We accept returns for items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene liners attached, except for non-returnable items.
